Both Sara and Rona have decades of real estate experience in the Sunshine State and are proud to have more than 25 agents that work diligently to help people find their dream home. Sara Pipal, GRI, SRS, AHWD, Broker/Owner has been involved in the Real Estate industry since the late 90’s. She combines her love for the industry with her passion for education and mentoring Realtors® and Real Estate Agents. She is an instructor in Florida on such subjects as Real Estate technology, building your business through Social Media, client retention, and building your brand. She is a Broker/Owner of The Pipal Group in Lake Placid, Florida. She has the privilege of serving as the 2023 President

and Director (2021-2022) for the Heartland Association of Realtors and HMLS, as well as serving on several committees. A high touch Broker known for her extensive market knowledge not only of Highlands County but surrounding counties as well, Sara’s success is based almost exclusively on referrals. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them straightforward advice. Her passion for mentoring has led her to open her own brokerage, The Pipal Group, with her business partner Rona Port, Real Estate Agent. Rona Port

Rona is a retired teacher and administrator from Long Island, NY. Her husband and her decided to retire in Florida in 2005 to be close to their daughter and grandchildren. Needless to say, after a few years, she knew retirement was not for her and made a decision to becomes a Real Estate Agent and that was the best decision she has made! Rona loves being able to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Each day is a new challenge and thankfully she is in a profession that makes her enjoy every day. Rona knows how to get the job done and prides herself in that. Rona have been an active member of the Heartland Association of Realtors and has been on the Board of Realtors since 2012, serving as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer as well as a Director for several years. She was honored to receive several awards through the Board such as Congeniality, Association Achiever, Honor Society, President’s Award and Hall of Fame. In 2023, Sara and Rona decided to open a woman-owned independent company and now have 2 offices and an affiliated title company. The two women pride ourselves in giving back to the community and love every minute. Their agents and administrative assistants are one family and they pride ourselves in serving our clients and customers daily.
